🔄 How to Cancel Your Subscription
Online Cancellation:
- Log into your account at alertai.org
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Email Cancellation:
Send an email to billing@alertai.org with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line, including your registered email address.
Important: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then.
💰 Refund Policy
Eligible for Refunds:
- Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Cancellation within 24 hours of initial subscription
- Service not as described (within 7 days)
Refund Process:
- Email billing@alertai.org with your refund request
- Include your order ID and reason for refund
- We'll review and respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
