6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service cancellation within 24 hours of initial subscription
• As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. Processing may take 5-10 business days.
